Happy Mother's Day to Everyone!

Here is a good Breakfast for everyone to make for that special person in your life.

Breakfast Bake
Boost the fresh-flavor with 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives stirred into the eggs mixture.

Nonstick cooking spray
4 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 cup diced cooked lean ham (about 2 1/4 ounces)
1/3 cup shredded reduce-fat cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2/3 cup fat-free milk
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Lightly coat two 16-to 20- ounces casseroles with nonstick cooking spray. Tear bread into bite-size pieces. Divide bread among prepared casseroles. Sprinkle with ham and cheese.

2. In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, and pepper. Beat with a rptary beater or wire whisk. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread; press lightly with the back of a spoon to thoroughly moisten bread. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 325F. Bake cassroles, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near centers comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 4 servings (1/2 casserole per serving). ENJOY!!!!!

Happy Mothers Day!! That breakfast casserole is soo good, my Mom made it a few times...:)

Happy Mothers Day! We had all of our children and families here today and we grilled and ate outside and then when it got cooler we lite a fire and sat and visited! We had a great time with everyone, and we went through a flat of strawberries! The little boys ate then hand over fist....
